Online Refund Policy

Bianca Jewelers wants you to be thrilled with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction, we will accept any online purchase for return within 7 days from the date of receipt, in original and unworn condition. Out of Stock items, Custom orders, special orders or any altered items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

For your convenience, online purchases can be returned either in store or be shipped to 647 Lexington Ave. New York, NY 10022. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please call 212-308-6150 or email sales@biancajewelers.com to request a Return Authorization prior to delivery. In-store returns will not be accepted without prior Return Authorization. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our Return Department. Once your merchandise has been accepted for return, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 7 business days. Your refund may take one or two billing cycles to appear on your account.

To be eligible for refund, your purchase:
- Must have its security tag attached
- Must not show any signs of wear or damage
- Must not be engraved, altered, or resized in any way
- Must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number
- We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that is returned after 7 days from the date of receipt or that does not meet the above requirements.

It is important to package your return carefully, items damaged in transit will not be accepted. Return merchandise must be accompanied with the sales receipt, RA number, all original packaging and enclosures.


Bianca Jewelers is not liable for returned packages that do not reach us. Therefore, we strongly suggest that your return package is fully insured for the purchase price. All shipping charges are nonrefundable and we are not responsible for any return shipping and insurance fees. For security purposes, label the package "BJI" and do not write "jewelry" anywhere on the outside of the box.

In-Store Refund Policy

In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only, with purchase receipt, within 14 days in original and unworn condition. Custom orders, special orders and any altered items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Deposits are nonrefundable. In-store returns are subject to inspection and approval by our Return Department. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise for return that does not meet these requirements.
